- EUR-pallets which do not meet the criteria for exchanging must be repaired as per the UIC 435-4.
- To repair EUR-pallets the EPAL-licence is to obtain.
- The repair of EUR-pallets without approval by EPAL will be prosecuted.
- Components not having the requested dimensions as per the UIC 435-2 and 435-4 must not be used.
- The repaired EUR-pallet must meet the same technical criteria as a new EUR-pallet.
